It's time to save some time!

Today we are releasing keyboard shortcuts while on the Conversation Dashboard. Keyboard shortcuts will allow you to navigate the dashboard without a mouse from the comfort of your home row keys. Watch the gif at the bottom for sample usage of keyboard shortcuts and visit here for full documentation on what keyboard shortcuts exist!

We have also added more slash commands. Previously you could type /whisper and add internal notes to a conversation. To make it easier to manage conversations from your keyboard, we've added slash commands so that you can claim, resolve, and transfer a conversation and pull up shortcuts to add to your message box. The gif also uses the slash commands, but again for full documentation, you can visit this page.
