A quick update for June as we are busy working on a big feature release for next month. We have heard your feedback and are releasing a security-focused update for those creating custom roles on the pro plan: to allow an admin to restrict which conversations an agent can see. This update allows you to restrict agents to only seeing conversations they are assigned to or conversations they are assigned to AND all new conversations. Here's an article describing the new custom roles.
