Coming hot on the heels of our CSAT and survey revamp in July and for a second release in September, we are ecstatic to announce a Textline and industry first, Custom Surveys! You can now create a survey with your own questions, answer choices, and validation options. The responses from your contacts will then be aggregated for some basic metrics or you can view the individual responses in the UI or through a CSV export. As we alluded to above, a key part of being able to have metrics on your survey responses is answer validation, so with your Custom Survey, you can set up a selection of answer choices that a contact must use and if they don't use it, you can tell Textline what to do: repeat the question, move on to the next question (and manually validate later), or end the survey.
Custom Surveys like this is an industry first for text messaging, so we can not wait to see what you all come up with!
