On January 14, 2025, non UK numbers will no longer be able to send traffic to UK numbers. This change has been announced for quite some time, but the date has officially been finalized. This means if you are texting UK number from a US area code, your messages will not go through after January 14. But no need to worry! If you would like to continue traffic with UK contacts, we can help you acquire a UK number. It should only take about 48 hours to provision a new number.

How do I obtain a UK number?
The admin on your account should collect the following information and contact our support team:

Proof of Identity (Documentation is required for businesses not using a UK Companies House Registration Number)
Acceptable Documentation: Excerpt from the commercial register (An excerpt is a document summarizing key information about a company, sourced from the official registry of the country where a company is registered.)
Registration Authority (Name of entity where your business is registered if it is not UK Companies House)
Proof of Identity (Documentation is required for businesses not using a UK Companies House Registration Number)
UK: Company Registration number (CRN)
US: Tax ID (EIN)
Canada: Canadian Business number (CBN
