If your integration has been disconnected, don’t worry — this can occasionally happen due to system updates or temporary technical issues. Follow the simple steps below to restore your connection and get things running smoothly again.
To reconnect your Zendesk integration with Textline, follow these steps:
Sign in to your Textline account on your computer.
Go to Settings > Tools & Integrations or use this direct link to Integrations.
Click the Zendesk Support (or Zendesk Sell) button.
Enter your Zendesk subdomain and click Connect.
You’ll be redirected to Zendesk Support/ Sell. If you’re not already logged in, enter your Zendesk credentials.
Approve the connection when prompted.
After approval, you’ll be redirected back to Textline and the integration will be reconnected.
If you need to install the Textline app in Zendesk for sidebar and top bar widgets, you can do so from the Zendesk Marketplace.
