First, check your email’s SPAM folder. Notifications can sometimes end up there.
If an Admin on your organization is available, you can also have them log in and confirm which email address your account is under.
From a mobile: main Conversation List screen > Menu icon (3 lines) > Organization Settings > Agent Settings > Agents tab, then View next to your name
From a desktop: click Settings > Agent Settings > Agents tab, then View next to your name
From there, they'll be able to view your account settings and determine what email address you have on file. They can also update the email address for you if it is listed incorrectly. If you have them update your email address, you can then try logging into Textline again and requesting the Forgot Password email to reset.
