You can add your Facebook Business Page to Textline. This will allow all Facebook Messenger direct messages you receive to be pushed and responded to through your Textline Conversation List. If you connect your Textline account with your Facebook account, this will qualify as a Department.

To link your Facebook to your Textline, go to the Gear icon > Organization Settings > Departments. On this page, click New Department in the upper right-hand corner. Select Facebook, then follow the prompts to choose the Facebook page you are the Admin of.

Once your Facebook page is linked to your Textline account, any messages you receive on Facebook will also be received in Textline.
