Pipedrive is a sales management tool designed to help small sales teams manage intricate or lengthy sales processes. Pipedrive's interface lets you view your company's sales pipeline to understand which deals are on track to close. Textline's Pipedrive integration lets you see text message Conversations associated with deals in your sales pipeline.
To integrate Textline and Pipedrive:
Log in as an administrator on both your Textline and Pipedrive accounts
From Textline, click the Gear icon > Organization Settings > Tools & Integrations
Click Pipedrive
Click Connect, and enter your Pipedrive login information when prompted
Once connected, Textline will automatically sync your Pipedrive contacts with your Textline Address Book. Then, any subsequent Conversations you have in Textline will be tracked in your Pipedrive Activities feed, associated with both the Contact and the related Deal.
You will also be able to follow conversations in Textline in real-time with our widget that appears on Contacts and Deals. This means you can message your contacts right from Pipedrive.
Please note:
Your Pipedrive contacts will automatically sync to your Textline Address Book upon integration, and any new contacts added to Pipedrive will automatically push to Textline as well. However, any contacts added directly to Textline will not sync to your Pipedrive contacts.
