Suppose you're on Textline's Pro plan or above and your organization has multiple Departments. In that case, you'll be able to use the Unified Inbox view to see all of your Departments' Conversation Histories in one list. You'll also be able to toggle between individual Department queues.
To see all Department Conversations in one view, click on the dropdown arrow next to your organization's phone number and select Unified Inbox.
The Unified Inbox displays all of the same preview information as in your individual Department queues, as well as an indicator of which Department the message is based in.
Please note that the Unified Inbox will only show you messages from the Departments to which your Admins have given you access. If you do not have access to one of your organization's Departments, those Conversation Histories will not be available in your Unified Inbox view.
