During your free trial of Textline, you will have access to all features for the subscription plan you choose, making the trial functionally the same as the paid versions of Textline. The default plan the free trial puts you on is the Standard Plan. However, if you would like to change to the Pro Plan to better fit your company, you can do so in the Organization Settings.

Initially, you will use our Demo Department which will only let you send messages to the verified phone numbers of the agents in your account. If you would like to try Textline and send messages to contacts, you will need to create a department and get the number fully verified before you may send messages.
