During a free trial, Textline automatically registers you with the Standard Plan. If you'd like to test out either the Limited Plan or the Pro Plan instead, you can switch plans in your Organization Settings. Your company can use all of Textline's features during your free trial.

Initially, you will use our Demo Department which will only let you send messages to the verified phone numbers of the agents in your account. If you would like to try Textline and send messages to contacts, you will need to create a department and get the number fully verified before you may send messages.
