Texting is highly regulated to protect contacts and limit damaging spam messages. In adherence to regulations and carrier requirements, certain use cases are strictly prohibited, while others may be allowed under specified conditions. Textline strives to stay on top of these changes and communicate rules to help you stay compliant and avoid fines and other legal repercussions. Please note that these restrictions change and Textline will do its best to keep on top of them, but this is not an exhaustive list. If you have any questions about whether or not your use case can be supported, please contact our support team at (415-849-4349).
