When registering your number, you must include a reference to your terms of service and privacy policy. Having a privacy policy is essential for ensuring compliance with various data protection laws and telecom regulations. If you don't already have a privacy policy, you can start by using termly.io - an easy tool that will help you create a privacy policy for free. It is important to note that carriers forbid third-party sharing of SMS consent / mobile numbers and your registration could risk rejection.

Here are examples of what would be considered compliant-

"SMS consent/mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes."

or

"Only email address and mailing address will be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes."

Please consult your legal team as needed- Textline can't provide legal advice on the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy for you since this is strictly how your business manages the information provided by your contacts to you.
