To deactivate your Textline subscription, please complete the following:
- Have an Admin of your team email support@textline.com requesting to cancel your current Textline account
- Once we confirm that the admin for your account has emailed support@textline.com, we will send your admin a cancellation survey they need to fill out and return to support@textline.com.
- Once we confirm that your admin has sent us the survey, we will confirm your organization's cancellation and close your account.
