2020 is off to a bang with our newest integration, Freshdesk! Freshdesk is a great ticketing tool that many of our customers use and have been longing to get their Textline text messages synced over.
With our Freshdesk integration, all Conversations will create tickets in your Freshdesk account and will continue to sync as new messages come in. Once the conversation is resolved in Textline, then the ticket will be solved in Freshdesk. One note is that all updates to the ticket show up as internal notes so as to not trigger emails to the Contact as well (in case you have the Contact's email in Freshdesk already).
Aside from syncing, you will also see the Textline sidebar widget in Freshdesk on all Textline associated tickets so that you can respond to them from inside Freshdesk.
Our integration also includes the full app in your Freshdesk setup. You'll notice the addition of the Textline T to your Freshdesk account so that you can easily pull up the application if you ever need to initiate a conversation or use one of our other messaging tools.
