Teams are a way for you to group your Agents in Textline. You can group your Agents any way you want. For example, you could create a:
Spanish team and group all of your Agents that speak Spanish
VIP_team and group all of your Agents who should handle the very important contacts
Billing team and group the Agents who can address billing questions
Tier-2-agents and group the Agents who will receive escalated conversations
Teams can be created on the team management page or an Agent’s actual page. Team names can only include letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores.
