Changing an Agent’s role

For larger organizations, you may want to assign different roles to your members. If you are on Textline's Standard plan or above and want to change a member’s role, click the Settings > Agent Settings > Agents. Then, click the Manage/View button next to the Agent you’d like to adjust.

Select their new Role from the drop-down menu, and click Update.
