Changing an Agent’s role

For larger organizations, you may want to assign different roles for your members. If you are on Textline's Standard plan or above and you’d like to change a member’s role, click the Settings > Agent Settings > Agents. Then, click the Manage button next to the Agent you’d like to adjust.

Select their new Role from the drop-down menu, and click Update.
