Changing an Agent’s role

If you are on Textline's Standard plan or above and you’d like to change a team member’s role, click the Gear Icon > Organization Settings > Team Settings > Agents. Then, click the Manage button next to the Agent you’d like to adjust.



Select their new Role from the drop-down menu, and click Update.



If you change a role to be an Admin, their name in the list of Agents will now have a dark triangle in the upper lefthand corner:
