Setting your Status - Available or Away

If you’re an Agent, you can set your status to Available or Away based on your schedule. When you are Available, you'll receive Notifications of new activity in your account, Reminders that you've set, and will be alerted if a colleague transfers a Conversation to you. Toggle your status to Away when you are off duty. You will not receive notifications of any kind when you are set to Away.

To change your status, click your avatar at the top of the screen.
